Kevin Maskell
President and CEO 

Kevin Maskell has more than 30 years of information systems experience, providing system engineering, project management, and consulting services to both government and commercial clients. His experience includes working with the defense and intelligence communities for more than 20 years. He possesses a career history of proven expertise in assessing business challenges and leading technical innovation while utilizing effective skills in categorizing, prioritizing, and planning projects efficiently.

Mr. Maskell is a strategic thinker equipped with innovative problem solving and outstanding leadership skills to deliver functional programs within budget and time constraints. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated his ability in analyzing complex problems and providing comprehensive solutions, and is capable of visualizing and explaining design ideas. His extensive experience includes teaching college-level courses in System Engineering, Information Technology and Project Management, utilizing innovative methods to produce a solid foundation for lifelong learning.


Paul Forster
Principal Interdisciplinary Architect

Mr. Forster has been in IT for 30+ years. The majority of that time has been spent delivering disruptive technologies to government agencies around the Washington, DC beltway. Mr. Forster combines journeyman-level experience across multiple disciplines such as Enterprise and System Resilience, Business Continuance, High Availability, Disaster Recovery, Continuity Of Operations, High Performance Compute/Storage, Enterprise Architecture, Data Storage/Protection, and Data Center Architectures. This combination of training and experience allows Mr. Forster to provide thought leadership that has delivered millions of dollars in savings and dramatically improved IT infrastructure performance levels and capabilities.

After performing as Principal SAN Architect on a multi-Petabyte >200,000ft2 classified data center implementation, Mr. Forster was the lead architect of team that designed, built and delivered a 20" x 20" x 20", 110V/20A, liquid cooled CPU, 20TB RAID storage, 1.4 TFLOP supercomputer (essentially 161 Cray 1's in a 20" box) to a government customer.

As Low-Energy and High-Performance become the factors driving today's IT Infrastructures, Mr. Forster is positioned to bring new technologies and new ways of thinking to deliver game-changing capabilities across the entire IT landscape.
